1 | pinch | Cayenne pepper |
1 | tsp | Chili powder |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | pinch | Black pepper |
150 | g | Green pepper |
150 | g | Onion |
150 | g | Red pepper |
2 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
400 | g | Peeled canned tomatoes |
500 | g | Minced beef småkød |
Instructions for Chili Con Carne (Microwave)
To prepare the Chili Con Carne (Microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the meat into a large flat-bottomed bowl and crumble it with a fork. Cover with lid and microwave at 900 watts for 4 min. Stir around the meat with a fork and crumble it. Add chopped onions, pepper in tern, garlic, peeled tomatoes, tomato sauce, chilli powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper and mix well together. Tires with lid or microfilm. Microwave at 900 watts for 10 min. Stir after half the time. Add the bean beans, stir around, cover with lid or microfilm and microwave further at 600 watts for 10 minutes.
