Ingredients for Coffee Cake

1 | tsp | Baking soda |
100 | g | Icing sugar |
100 | g | Butter |
2 | Egg yolks | |
250 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Coffee Cake
To prepare the Coffee Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
First stir the grease well. Stir in flour and egg. Mix the flour with baking soda and stir in the dough. Fill the dough in a greased spring form and bag it in the middle of a 175 degree hot oven for 1 hour. Try to stab the cake with a knitting stick. If the dough does not know, the cake is baked. When it is completely cold, it is cracked.
Butter cream:
Stir 100 g butter with 2 egg yolks and 75 g flour flour, stir the coffee slowly. Put the cake together with this butter cream.
glaze:
Sift 100 g of flour and stir into an icing with 1 tablespoon of strong coffee. Grease it on top of the cake.
