1.5 | tsp | Maizenamel |
175 | g | Butter |
2 | Egg yolks | |
25 | g | Yeast |
325 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | tbsp | Raspberry jam |
Instructions for Cream Bars
To prepare the Cream Bars recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is crumbled in the flour, the milk lunes until it is hand-warmed and poured over the yeast, stirring until the yeast is dissolved. Bring yeast and milk in the flour with egg and sugar, and knead the dough until it is light and well. Set it up for a slight spot 30 minutes.
Cream:
Bring the milk in the boil, stir the egg yolks with vanilla sugar, sugar and corn oil and whip the boiling milk, bring the cream back into the pan and let it boil for a few minutes. Cool the cream off.
The dough is merged and divided into two. Make a sausage of each and every breadth out. Put a strip of cream on each bar, then sprinkle a strip of marmalade. This is best done by making a parcel of parchment paper. Fold the dough together about the filling from each side. Let the rods rise for 10 minutes.
Bake them in the oven at 200 degrees C for approx. 20 minutes.
