Instructions for Hannes Chokoladeøddekage
To prepare the Hannes Chokoladeøddekage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir well with the sugar. Add the eggs one by one and stir well between each egg. Mix the baking soda with the nuts and add it with the cracked potatoes. Finally stir the melted chocolate into the dough.
Pour the dough into a greased spring form sprinkled with raspberries. Put it in a preheated oven 175 degrees and behind the cake for approx. 40-50 min.
Try to put in the cake with a pinch to see if it is finished. Let it cool a little before it is taken out of the mold. Cool completely on a baker. Melt the coating and spread it over a thick layer.
Server together with whipped cream, stirring ice and fruit.
