Instructions for Hinbærkage

To prepare the Hinbærkage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg and sugar light and foaming. Turn the flour in. Pour the dough into a greased pie, preferably with loose bottom and dry the berries.

Plan the butter with a cheeseburger and place it on top of the berries.

Bag the cake approx. 25 min. At 175 degrees C. alm. Oven in the middle groove.

Serve warm with whipped cream.
