To prepare the Knasuffuffer - The World's Best Oatmeal Cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Find a bowl and turn the baking soda well into the flour. Mix the rest of the dry ingredients in. Add the wet ingredients, but wait with the water at last.
Spread the ingredients well into the bowl and bring the two tablespoons of boiling water into the 'dough'. If the dough can not hang together, come a little more water.
It should be said that the dough is NOT to be too wet, but there is little work to collect the biscuits on the baking sheet.
Find a baking sheet with baking paper, and roll out balls on the baking sheet.
The cookies do not grow much in the oven, so they should be slightly smaller than the size you want.
Bake them in warm air at 180/190 degrees for 10-15 minutes until they are light golden on the edge. The biscuits are soft when taken out, but stiffens by cooling. Do not be cheated on this! :)
Let the biscuits cool off and put them in an airtight container if not to be enjoyed immediately.

tips:
The English recipe says 1 cup - which is 2.5 dl in reality. However, it is no matter what unit of measurement you use. If only you use the same cup to measure all the ingredients.
Original recipe says there should be ½ cup of raisins in, but this can be omitted.
