Ingredients for Lamb chops with juniper berry sauce

4 | Double lamb chops (a) ca. 200 g |
Instructions for Lamb chops with juniper berry sauce
To prepare the Lamb chops with juniper berry sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crush 8 of the junk berries and put them in a saucepan together with Rosemary, water, vinegar, 1 teaspoon. Salt and 1 teaspoon. Sugar and let this mixture boil for 10 minutes.
Pour the lamb chops with the chilled marinade and let them pull for 2 hours.
Brown the butter on a frying pan, cut the chops 3-4 minutes on each side, sprinkle with salt and pepper and keep the chops hot.
Cook the forehead with a little water, crush the rest of the junk berries and put them on the forehead. Stir the cream for a little while and let the sauce boil until it starts to thicken. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and serve it to the lamb chops.
In addition, butter-baked or raw potatoes are suitable
tips:
Add optionally the finished sauce a few drops of gin. It highlights the fine juniper flavor.
