Ingredients for Marinated wild boar

1-2 | dl | Sour cream |
1-2 | Carrots | |
2 | tbsp | Butter or margarine |
2 | tbsp | Tomato puree ´ |
4 | dl | Sieved marinade |
4-5 | Carnations | |
5-6 | dl | Beer |
5-600 | g | Benfrit meat of deer or 500 g of meat with bones. |
8-10 | Juniper | |
8-10 | Whole allspice | |
8-10 | Small onions |
Instructions for Marinated wild boar
To prepare the Marinated wild boar recipe, please follow these instructions:
1 Cut the meat into the tern.
2 Mix the ingredients for marinade. The loaf must be peeled and cut into slices of almonds and juniper berries crushed.
3. Place the meat in double plastic bags. Pour marinade on and tie the bags. Put them on a dish in the fridge. Let the meat marinate for 1 day. Turn the bag along.
4. Let the meat dripping off. Save marinade.
5. Heat the grease on a pan and brown pieces of meat. Do not put too much on at a time. It cools the forehead and the meat is not brown.
Put the meat in a saucepan.
7. Sprinkle with salt pepper and peppers.
Add the sweet marinade and tomato paste
9. Let it boil approx. 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
10. Clean the onions and carrots. Cut carrots into smaller pieces. Bring it to the boil and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
Add the cre'me fraiche and taste the sauce.
12. Server with white potatoes

Bowl of mashed potatoes for mutton is low in the freezer for 12 months.
