100gHK. Pecans
100gCane sugar or regular sugar
125gOil/marga ring el. butter
150gWheat flour
175gCleaned the rhubarb cut into small pieces
2Eggs
50gDesiccated coconut

To prepare the Muffins with rhubarb, coconut and pecans recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip sugar, maple syrup and oil / marg. Add 1 egg at a time. Sieve flour and baking soda in, add coconut flour. Turn pecans and rhubarb in.
Fill in 16 muffin shapes. 12 if you want "high" muffins.
Bake at 175 gr. (165 gr. Warm air) for 20 min.
