½ | dl | Maple syrup |
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
100 | g | HK. Pecans |
100 | g | Cane sugar or regular sugar |
125 | g | Oil/marga ring el. butter |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
175 | g | Cleaned the rhubarb cut into small pieces |
2 | Eggs | |
50 | g | Desiccated coconut |

To prepare the Muffins with rhubarb, coconut and pecans recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip sugar, maple syrup and oil / marg. Add 1 egg at a time. Sieve flour and baking soda in, add coconut flour. Turn pecans and rhubarb in.
Fill in 16 muffin shapes. 12 if you want "high" muffins.
Bake at 175 gr. (165 gr. Warm air) for 20 min.
tips:
Served for coffee / tea, or coal with stirring ice cream for dessert.
