Instructions for Naan
To prepare the Naan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into 5 tablespoons of hand warm water and stir the sugar. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Sift flour and salt into a large bowl and make a recess in the middle. Mix the yeast mixture with yogurt and spicy egg and pour it into the flour. Add 5 tablespoons of hot water and stir it all together into a linden dough. Then add the melted butter and thoroughly knead the dough for 15-20 minutes, cover with a moist cloth and raise for one hour.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces that are rolled into balls and rolled out, not too thin. Lay the loaves on baking paper and allow them to rise under a cloth for 15 minutes.
Just before the bread is baked, brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame or birch.
Pour the bread in a 230 ° C hot oven for 10-12 minutes until golden.
tips:
Naan is a soft and delicious Indian bread. The day after, I have used them to a delicious lunch bowl with the best of luck.
