1 | dl | Plain yogurt |
2 | dl | Whole milk |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
25 | g | Yeast |
600 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Naan bread
To prepare the Naan bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the lukewarm milk and add eggs, yogurt, oil, salt and sugar.
Mix the baking soda in the flour and add this yeast mixture. Everything is being worked together for a dough. Cover the dough and allow it to rise for approx. 30 minutes.
The dough was quickly pelted through, possibly. Add a little more flour if it seems too sticky.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll them into large flat cakes, put two and two on greased plates. Let them adhere to 25 minutes,
Behind them, one plate at a time, at 275 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 4 minutes. The bread must have brown freckles. Grill for the last minutes of the baking time.
