200 | g | Raw salmon fillet |
Instructions for Salmon Carpaccio
To prepare the Salmon Carpaccio recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the salmon fillet into thin slices. Rinse and dry the salad leaves. Cut them into strips and spread them on the plates. Cover the salad with salmon slices and season with salt and freshly squeezed pepper. Dip the salmon with lemon juice. Crush coriander seeds over the fish.
Sprinkle with chopped dill, drip with oil and server with thin sliced toast.
