4Egg yolk
4Egg white

Instructions for Swedish team cakes

To prepare the Swedish team cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir fat and sugar well together. Stir egg yolks in one at a time. Mix flour and baking soda and stir in alternately with milk. Bring the dough into a frying pan approx. 25 x 40 cm. It is covered with baking paper. Whip the egg whites very stiff and wait gently the sugar in. Wide marlin over the dough. Chop the nuts and sprinkle them over.

Bag the cake approx. 45 min at 150 degrees C. alm. oven.

Let it get cold. Carefully pull the paper off the cake using a knife or turn it gently. Cut the cake over the whipped cream stiff and put the two half pieces together.
