Instructions for Æblenougatis with loose accessories
To prepare the Æblenougatis with loose accessories recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the nuts roughly. Melt the sugar golden on a pan. Add the nuts, mix and leave it slightly above heat. Pour nougaten onto a piece of baking paper. When the nougat is stiff, it is chopped fine.
Ice:
Whip egg yolks and creamy flour well, save 1 tablespoon of flour. Whip the whites stiff with the last teaspoon of flour. Whip the cream almost stiff. Mix the egg yolks with nougat and apple sauce and turn whites and whipped cream in. Pour the pulp into a mold of approx. 2 liters and put it in the freezer. Peel the apples, cut them in and remove the core. Shake them on the forehead in butter and spice with ginger. Serve the hot apples to the ice cream.
