500 | g | Brown sugar |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Ølkage III
To prepare the Ølkage III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Powder sugar and hvidtøllen stir well together. The remaining ingredients are mixed together and poured down in the powder sugar and hvidtøllen, and stir together.
The mass poured down in a franskbrøds form or springform, which is lubricated well with margarine and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake on bottom or next-lower Groove at approximately 175-185 degrees c. alm. oven for an hour and a quarter.
Served with served with butter.
