10 | g | Butter |
100 | g | Cane sugar |
5 | dl | Vanilla ice cream |
500 | g | Rhubarb |
Instructions for Baked rhubarb with ice
To prepare the Baked rhubarb with ice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rhubarb is washed well and cut into about 2 cm pieces. Be turned around with sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees 20-25 minutes c. alm. oven in a baking dish greased with butter.
Allow to cool slightly and serve with touched vanilla ice cream.
Tips:
replace ice cream with råcreme, whipped cream or creme fraiche 38%. Use fromage frais with vaniliesukker, if you want to fit on the calories.
