Instructions for Baked vegetables

To prepare the Baked vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Here you can use all vegetables: carrots, celery, onion, leek, squash, eggplant, peppers, corn, sun dried tomatoes. Calculate approx. 250 grams per person.

The vegetables are cleaned and peeled if necessary and cut into mouth suitable pieces.

Vegetables are turned with oil, salt and pepper (thyme, oregano, and other herbs can be used if desired).

Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish and fry in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 40 minutes depending on the size of the vegetables.

If the vegetables take too much color, the dish is covered with stanniol.
