Instructions for Beef bun in tomato sauce
To prepare the Beef bun in tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Forcemeat is stirred with egg, onion, salt and pepper, and garlic and Add flour and a bit of water so it will have the consistency of Meatball sausage meat. Then FRY forcemeat as small meatballs in a deep sautepande in oil so they will be browned on both sides, about 1 min on each side. Dough balls are taken of the forehead.
Then Sauté mushrooms and onions that are cut into slices and carrots also in slices over high heat for about 5 min. Add the chopped peeled tomatoes and boullionen, chillien, salt and pepper, sugar and oregano in the sauce and cook the meatballs met back finished along with the sauce for approx. 10 min. Finally, add tomatkonc. and the sauce be smoothed if necessary.
