Instructions for Blommepie

To prepare the Blommepie recipe, please follow these instructions:

The flowers are scalded and freeze for the skin, then they are rolled in sugar and filled into an ovenproof dish. You may want to be top on. Bowl celeriac and fried lemon peel over. Make a dough of flour, butter, egg yolks and water. The dough may like to rest approx. 1 hour before rolling out. Roll out the dough and put it over the dish with the flowers. Attach the dough to the edge of the dish using egg whites. Add another broom of dough to further fix the edges. If there are dough, make little shapes that are placed as decorations on the top of the dish.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees until the dough is light brown and crisp. 30-40 min. When the pie is baked sprinkle it with a flourish. Served with whipped cream.
