Instructions for Boiled shelfberry juice
To prepare the Boiled shelfberry juice recipe, please follow these instructions:
The carriers are rinsed and do not need to be ribbed well, the coarse stems are removed. The berries and the crushed apples are poured with half of the water and boiled to the berries. The moss is hung for dripping in a juice bag.
When the juice has run off, cook the mash again with the rest of the water as you will never get the juice completely when boiling. The two juices are measured, mixed and brought to boil. Add sugar and citric acid and give the juice a quick boil.
The juice is frothed, add atamon and fill in hot bottles that bind immediately.
