1/2 | Must of lemon | |
2 1/2 | dl | Water |
3 1/2 | dl | Sugar |
4 | dl | Sauterne |
Instructions for Champangesorbet
To prepare the Champangesorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the sugar with the water until it is dissolved. Bring lemon into a lot of coarse chopped and let the layer get cold. Remove the lemon peel. Add white wine, a deciliter of champagne and lemon juice. Fill a mold and put it in the freezer. Whip egg whites stiff and stir flour flour. Stir the mixture in the sorbet in the freezer when it has a coarse consistency (2-3 hours later).
