Instructions for Chiky wraps (low fat)

To prepare the Chiky wraps (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the inner fillets into smaller pieces, sprinkle with the spice mixture and peppers and fry 3-4 minutes on good heat. Add salt and mix the cooked kidney beans with the chicken pieces.
