3 | dl | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Buttermilk |
500 | g | Chicken inderfilet |
Instructions for Crispy Fried Chicken
To prepare the Crispy Fried Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let the chicken pull in a bowl with the buttermilk for 1-2 hours. The chicken must be completely covered with milk.
Mix flour and spices together and put it in a bag (4 liters or larger).
Once the chicken has pulled, put it in the bag for the flour mixture and shake it all together so that all the chicken pieces are covered well with flour.
Take the chicken out of the bag and put it on a dish and let it pull for half an hour to cover.
Put well with oil in a large pan or pan. It must be large enough for the chicken pieces to not lay in layers. There must be enough oil for the chickens to be at least half covered with oil when they come in.
Give the oil well with heat.
Put the chicken in and brush it well on both sides. When they start to get a crisp crust and work through, take the pieces up and put in a dish on kitchen roll or other suction paper.
