Instructions for Cut bread
To prepare the Cut bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in salt in a mixing bowl. Melt honey and margarine in a saucepan, add water and pour the mixture in gæropløsningen, when the finger is hot. Now add 1 egg, whole wheat flour and most of the wheat flour and knead the dough thoroughly.
