Instructions for Dangerous Draghale

To prepare the Dangerous Draghale recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 250 degrees.

Whip eggs and sugar together in a bowl for an airy mass.

Mix the mashed potato, chopped nuts and baking soda and put it in the egg mixture - gently twist it together.

Place baking paper on a baking sheet and pour the dough on. It should be evenly distributed throughout the plate with a dough scraper.

Put the dough in the preheated oven and behind it for about 4 minutes, then open the lid and you will quickly get a piece of baking paper upstairs. It must be baked for 4 minutes.

Put a piece of baking paper on the kitchen table and pour sugar evenly over it all. Turn the pre-baked cake onto the baking paper and let it cool a little.

Whip the cream of whipped cream and mix the raspberry jam in. Stir well together.

The whip flow is spread over the cooled cake. Sprinkle with a little raspberries. Roll it gently into a roulade.

Mix 400 grams of marcipan with green fruit color. It must be well kneaded together.

The last 100 grams of marcipan must also be mixed with green fruit color, but should be a few tones darker.

Put a large piece of food film, put the 400 grams of marcipan on and put a similar piece of food film upstairs. Now you can roll the marcipan thinly with a rolling pin.

Put the roulade on the marcipan and roll it carefully.

The 100 grams of marcipan is rolled out between the food film and cut into a long tacked fin that is placed on top of the roulade.

Cut both ends of the roulade and put a raspberry at each end.

TIP: Is the family not so much marcipan, so use green icing instead - but marcipan to the fin!
