4Fillets (plaice pigvar or similar)

Instructions for Fish a la Tina

To prepare the Fish a la Tina recipe, please follow these instructions:

1: chop all the vegetables finely
2: take a roast bag and equal to two fileer in the bottom side by side, butter with a bit of oil
3: put the chopped vegetables on fileerne (use the amount you deem appropriate but save a little for garnish)
4: similar to the last two fileer on the stuffing, butter with a little oil and seasoning with salt and pepper
5: put roast bag into midterrillen of a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 15 min or to the fish is completely white
6: server with a white sauce and boiled potatoes and garnish with the rest of the vegetables
