Instructions for Garlic Steak III
To prepare the Garlic Steak III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Forcemeat kneaded as to meatballs and molded to 4 steak. Quickly Brown the steaks on each side in a pan and then added in a heat-proof platter. (Pour a bit buillon in bottom to the gravy.) FRY for about 30 min at 200 gr Pour cloud from the gravy. Then a slice of cheese on each steak. FRY 5 minutes more for the cheese is melted. Make sauce by cloud and serve with potatoes and baked root vegetables that can roast with in another dish in the oven.
