To prepare the Ginger ale recipe, please follow these instructions:
Juices and sugar are mixed to a concentrate until the sugar is dissolved.
The concentrate is mixed with Danish water 1: 4 to taste.
Pre-pressed ginger juice I bought in a juice shop - it was not on the menu, but they sold it with a smile anyway. Probably you can make it yourself in a juice centrifuge.
