Ingredients for Healthy Zucchini muffins

1 | tsp | Sugar |
2 | dl | Oatmeal, finvalsede |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
3.5 | dl | Water |
350 | g | Squash |
50 | g | Yeast |
600 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Healthy Zucchini muffins
To prepare the Healthy Zucchini muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water and add salt, sugar and oil.
Peel and grate the squashen down in the mix.
Add the oatmeal and then flour a little at a time.
Knead the dough well and allow to raise in a warm place for at least ½ hour.
Form 16-20 buns and let them raise on a baking sheet for at least ½ hour. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Brush the buns with egg and bake them for 20 min.
