100gRaw marzipan

4Egg yolks
40gDark chocolate
40gWalnut kernels
5dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Ice cream cake

To prepare the Ice cream cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

One must use half the ingredients for the ice-cream. So 2 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, 2½ dl whipped cream.
First whip the egg yolks and sugar + vanilla sugar well. Pickled cream is carefully turned in.
This port is frozen and it takes a couple of hours.
