All ingredients are mixed (remember: yeast and water, first), stir for approx. 10 minutes. Raises covered (possibly household movie) for 1 1/2 hour. Turn down and form into a round bread or for two elongated. Replies to plate, covered with cloth, for 20 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees, for 35-40 minutes. "No" it should not be brushed.
