7.5dlSpirits – brøndum, vodka or other neutral-tasting alcohol

Instructions for Lemoncello

To prepare the Lemoncello recipe, please follow these instructions:

The 3 untreated lemons are rinsed and peeled, so none of the whites beneath the skull comes with (otherwise gives bitterness to the liqueur).

These shreds draw 3-4 days in the alcohol with the juice of one lemon.

Water + sugar is given a boil, so the sugar dissolves and the mixture is cooled.

Then the two liquids are filtered together and placed on appropriate bottles.

And now it's going to be hard: The bottles with Limoncello must now stand mine. 2 months and pull and maybe longer.
