Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Stir the butter and flour together. Add the flour and add the milk. Add the vanilla powder, baking soda and cinnamon and then chopped hazelnuts and raisins and stir well together until they are light and airy. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Leak a lump of dough on the size of a teaspoon and press the flat with your fingers. (Dip the fingers into flour so the dough does not stick). Repeat that the dough has been used up. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Until the cakes are golden.

These cakes are super light and fast to make and they also taste delicious. You can replace hazelnuts with almonds or other nuts.
