Ingredients for Lun Bean Salad

optionalCarrots and squach minced

Pepper
Porretop

Thyme
1Lemon, grated zest and juice
1cloveGarlic
1Bay leaf
1Bell pepper into strips
1Leek or 1 bunch spring onions
1Portion of kidney beans
1Thyme sprig
2Baked potatoes (like from day 3)
2-3cloveFinely minced garlic

Instructions for Lun Bean Salad

To prepare the Lun Bean Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the water from the beans and put them in fresh water, with garlic, porridge, laurel and thyme.
Put the lid on the pan and cook more for approx. 30 minutes. Bring 1 tablespoon salt and let them finish in the water for approx. 5 minutes.

Clean the vegetables, chop the pork into rings, pepper in strips and chop the garlic nicely. Cut the potatoes into big tern, with peeled on. Carrots and squach are chopped roughly.

Put a large pan over the fire, add oil and pepper and pepper fruit (possibly carrots and squach) tender for 5-10 minutes.
Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook the potatoes. Step a few minutes and add boiled drained beans. Season with lemon lemon and juice.
