To prepare the Marinated ham with garlic and lemon recipe, please follow these instructions:

The wood chips are put in water to avoid burning on the grill.

Turn the hammer with oil, cumin, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Put the meat in the refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes - longer but no more than 12 hours.

Cut the parma ham into thin strips and pack the hamsters in it. Cut the lemon into both and the garlic cloves. Put the ham, whole garlic and lemon on the spikes. Grill them approx. 10 minutes in total. Turn the spindles over and over again.
