Instructions for Osso buco in a new way
To prepare the Osso buco in a new way recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut carrots and chives in slices. Cut potatoes in the tern. Cut garlic into small pieces.
Cut scratches on the outside of the oso buco pieces so they do not bend when they get browned.
