Ingredients for Raspberry roulade

1tspBaking soda
150gSugar
200gRaspberry jam
3Eggs
30gPotato flour
90gWheat flour

Instructions for Raspberry roulade

To prepare the Raspberry roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip eggs and sugar light and airy to flog iset form tracks. Mix the two kinds of flour and baking powder and turn it gently in egg mixture. Make a shape approximately 30 x 40 cm of wax paper and pour the batter in it.

Bake about 10 min in preheated oven 220 degrees c. alm. oven until it is cooked through.

Sprinkle another piece of wax paper with sugar and turn the rouladen out of this.

Remove the greaseproof paper and butter the top with raspberry jam. Roll it together while it is still warm.

Can also be filled with makkacremme or whatever you feel like.
