Instructions for Red tomato with tomatoes
To prepare the Red tomato with tomatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel and chop onions and garlic cloves fine. Boil both parts in the oil on a pan.
Grease an ovenproof dish with butter and put the fillets in it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add onions and garlic with the oil that is attached.
Flake the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Put them in between. Come over the butterflies. Place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 25 min.
Decorate with dill at the serving. Can be served with loose rice and a glass of chilly white wine.
