To prepare the Rhubarb Muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Whip butter and sugar
Add one egg at a time
Mix flour, baking soda and vanilla sugar in.
Turn the rhubarb in 2 tablespoons. sugar.
Turn the rhubarb into the dough.
Distribute the dough into molds
Bag them for approx. 20-25 minutes (keep an eye on them regularly).
