1-2Oranges
4dlRice, like basmati rice (240 g)
50gWalnut kernels
600gHellefiskfilet

To prepare the Rice salad with halibut, oranges and nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package and allow to cool. Cut the halibut fillets into pieces of approx. 3 x 3 cm, and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Steam the fish in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes or in the microwave at full power for 3-5 minutes. Let the fish cool

Peel the oranges and divide them into pieces (fillets) without a hutch. Mix the chilled rice with walnut kernels and orange fillets in a bowl. Set the fish upstairs.
