To prepare the Russian Pancake recipe, please follow these instructions:

The butter is melted and the flour is stirred in. The dough is bake with water and cream. The pot is taken from the heat. The egg yolks come in one at a time. Sugar, lemon peel and almonds are stirred in. Whites whip stiff and turn in. The dough is baked at low heat like 3-4 pancakes. Lay the lid on the forehead under the baking and turn the pancakes with the lid. The layers are put together with jam or fruit moss. Served sprinkled with sifted flour.
