Instructions for Salmon with cauliflower gratin
To prepare the Salmon with cauliflower gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cauliflower is divided into sticks and bouquets. Sticks and potatoes are boiled in salt water until they are tender. Pour the water and blend it immediately, it must be like mash. Season with salt and pepper.
Herbs, hazelnuts, garlic and oil are blended into a pesto.
Cauliflower bouquets are cut into 1 cm thick slices.
Take a dish with edge, cover the bottom with the pesto but save a little to the top. Put the mash in and put rows of cauliflower with mash, then the cauliflower stands as a small forest. Sprinkle the parmesan and pesto over. Season with freshly squeezed pepper and coarse salt.
This dish can be eaten raw as a delicious crunch case or baked for approx. 10 min. At 180 degrees.
Put the salmon in a greased dish, season with salt and pepper and white wine.
Put a lid of baking paper and foil on and place it in the oven approx. 180 degrees for approx. 15 min.
