To prepare the Shelled oat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil oatmeal, water and grahamsmel together for a few minutes. And let it go a little bit. Bring the grit mixture into a bowl and add grated carrots, water, crumbled yeast, oil and salt. Stir it all together well. Eat the flour, the dough must not get too firm. Put the dough in a greased form of 1½-2 L. Let the bread rise under damp cloth for approx. 1 hour. Pour the bread for 35-40 minutes at 200º on the bottom oven pan.
