Instructions for Smoked Forél Pâté
To prepare the Smoked Forél Pâté recipe, please follow these instructions:
Free the forelegs of skins and legs.
Bring fish meat in a blender with cream cheese, softened butter, cream and chives. Blend it to a uniform mass.
Season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
Bring it in a shape and style cool for serving (may be made the day before).
Serve with shaker bread / flute.
