To prepare the Smoked salmon roll with cod tartare recipe, please follow these instructions:

On a piece of paper forårsrulle (ca. 20 x 20 cm) is added at the bottom a good slice of smoked salmon, on top of the salmon added a spoonful of raw cod tartare consisting of: roughly chopped fresh cod, finely chopped red onion, lemon juice, chopped fresh cilantro, salt and pepper (all this mix).

Forårsrulle paper rolled first from the sides over the fish, then lubricate it on all sides and rolled along like a spring roll.
