1 1/2Head broccoli, steamed

2Egg yolks
2tbspOil
2tspSherry

200gPasta, cooked and cooled
250gSmoked salmon
3tbspWine vinegar
500gFresh asparagus (white), steamed

Mustard, salt, pepper, sherry, vinegar and syrup are shaken together. Egg yolks are whipped in, then the oil. The dill is chopped and brought in. Asparagus, broccoli, pasta and smoked salmon are served on the plate and the dressing poured over.
