500 | g | Squash |
75 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Squash gratin
To prepare the Squash gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut squash into cubes and chop in a ring and sauté them in oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let it cool.
Bake butter and flour and add the milk. Boil the dough well and let it cool.
Stir the egg yolks in the chilled dough one at a time. Whip the whites stiff. Turn the vegetables into the dough and season with salt and pepper. Turn the dirt and the stiff egg whites in.
Fill the dish in a form greased with butter and sprinkle with rasp and place it in the oven at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 1 hour.
