Instructions for Struds in sweet sauce
To prepare the Struds in sweet sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Strudsekødet is combined into a roller coaster with the fresh mint in the middle. Warm olive oil in a frying pan and brown oak stew on all sides with high heat. Add white wine, turn down and simmer for approx. 30-40 minutes. Take it up and let it rest covered. Come wine vinegar and the sweet wine on the steak slice let it boil a little. Then add honey and spices and season with salt and pepper.
Accessories: Served with cooked mixed rice and a salad with bean sprouts, red pepper and chopped ginger.
