Instructions for Super shelf flower juice
To prepare the Super shelf flower juice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the screens in running cold water and throw them into a large pot. (Not aluminum as this destroys your juice in connection with lemons).
Gently wipe the yellow skin of the lemons, be careful not to get the white bitter skin that sits just below the shell. It gives an unpleasant bitter taste to your juice. Chop the shell and bring it up to the screens, squeeze lemon juice into the pan.
Dissolve the citric acid in a little warm water and add with the sugar.
Pour the boiling water and mix well with all the ingredients.
Put on the saucepan and cool for 4-5 days - stir the mixture a couple of times a day.
Now the juice is done and bottled.
It is very important that you are careful with the cleaning of all you need.
Boil bottles, rubber rings, clothes spoons etc. in boiling water for 10 minutes. Sprinkle on a completely clean dish that you have baked in a very hot oven for 10 minutes, beware it does not burn.
Rinse the bottles with atamon mixture 2 tk 1 dl. water.
Add the toamon to the juice 1 1/2 teaspoon to 3 l of juice.
When everything is clean, pour the juice on the bottles.
tips:
I have successfully filled the bottles about 2/3 and then frozen them, so I have the juice for a very long time and barely nervous if I have been careful with the cleaning.
