To prepare the Swordfish tour with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Scrub the potatoes clean with a stiff brush and cut a cross on the side to face upwards. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200 degrees C for approx. 1 hour until they are tender.

Divide the cauliflower head into small bouquets and cut the carrots into rods. Put the vegetables on a dish. Chop the dirt fine.

Make the dressing by mixing yum and dill and season with salt and pepper. Cut the fillet into 4 pieces. Bind the pieces with the bacon discs. Stage the tournedos in oil on a pan for approx. 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on.
